If your studio, co-op or classroom is interested in holding a workshop, Maureen is available to present her slip trailing technique to beginning or advanced students. A one-day workshop will include a throwing demonstration, slide presentation, slip trailing demonstration and discussion, and hands-on opportunity. A two-day workshop is also available, and would include an opportunity for students to work on the wheel, along with a complete throwing and finishing demonstration, slide presentation, and slip trailing demonstration and hands-on decorating.

Also, Maureen has been conducting one-day workshops in Basic Glaze Calculation. This workshop involves a discussion of basic materials and their functions, and overview of basic math calculations needed for altering glaze recipes, and hands on mixing of test glaze batches. This is a very basic class which was developed when Maureen discovered that a lot of ceramics students donŐt understand what is in a glaze let alone how to make one of their own.
